*A Portrait Session is the time, we dedicate to you and your family to achieve exactly the style of portraits you wish.
   *Each Portrait Session requires a Session Fee.. HINT: click on the RedRock News Link to the left to check out Specials & Sales.
   *The session/retainer fee is pre-paid for services rendered in preparation for, during, and after the session.
   *We encourage you to bring as many outfit changes as you like and even your friends & family to be photographed with you, if you wish.
   *We encourage you to be open with ideas, bring props, pets, or whatever else you believe will make your portraits uniquely you.

Types of Sessions

Private studio: relaxed, comfortable, roomy, private.
                            You will be the only one here, we will dedicate our time to creating excellent portraits using a wide variety of
                             backgrounds and props. You will have 30+ proofs to review from this session.
                            Fee is $40 and includes a gift 8x10.

Outdoors: We will meet at any location you choose. However, if a permit or entry fee is required, you will be responsible for
                     any costs involved in obtaining the permit/admittance. If the session is to take place outdoors, please be aware
                     your session may be rescheduled due to weather. You will have 30+ proofs to review from this session. If you see a
                      location portrait you like within our gallery portraits, let us know, we are always happy to help you with location ideas.
                     Fee is $40 and includes a gift 8x10

In your home: We bring the equipment required to create exactly the session you desire even as far as backdrops, lighting,
                           props, etc. Please have an approximate 12x12 space for us to work in, nearby electrical outlets and an
                          adequate amount of movement room available. You will have 30+ proofs to review from this session.
                          Fee is $70 and includes a gift 8x10

Additional Mileage for and on location session: $0.99 a mile, the 1st 25 miles (roundtrip 50) from Wichita or from Emporia
                                                                                          is no charge,mileage is  measured from downtown Wichita or downtown
                                                                                          Emporia.

The Cruise: this is a unique outdoor session done, during a Cruise we move from one location to another, randomly stopping
                      to take advantage of interesting & creative shooting locations along the way. Unlike other outdoor sessions, which
                      are a single location, the Cruise will be done at many various locations. It typically takes about 2 to 2.5 hours to
                      accomplish and you end up with 80+ proofs to review from your session. The Cruise has quickly become the most
                      popular session for High School Seniors.
                     Fee is $85 and includes the gift of any Medium Framing Portrait or 12 wallets of 1pose.                       

                     As a BONUS, you can add a studio session to The Cruise for an additional $25. If you are High School
                    Senior, we often suggest booking your Studio Session to include your Prom attire and your Graduation
                   Cap & Gown, this second session is not required to be on the same day as your Cruise.

                    The Cruise can begin at any location you choose, however the additional Mileage listed above does applyl.
                                         For example: If you wanted to do your Cruise around Abilene KS, it would cost the mileage to drive to
                                         & from Abilene, but no mileage would be charged during the Cruise Session itself.  

The RedRock Viewing Bonus

       In this digital age where portraits studios have become all rush, rush, rush…we do not carry this same belief at RedRock.
The day of your portrait session is relaxed and fun, the only item on the agenda is to take great portraits. You will not be forced
to sit for long sales speech and portrait viewing directly after your session. In fact, a long sales speech is something you'll just
never hear from RedRock Photography. We let you design your own portrait package from the comfort of your home. You will
view your portraits on your time by using our on-line viewing allowing you the freedom to openly discuss your proofs with your
family and to thoroughly consider your portrait purchase. You will be able to honestly tell your friend RedRock has no high
pressure sales, no gimmicks and no tricks.

     12-72 hours after your portrait session you will be emailed a private password allowing you view your proofs online, for the
next 7 days. If by chance you need extra time, you can purchase an additional viewing week for $10. You will place your portrait
order not through an unknown web sties, but by contacting us at RedRock for we will review each of your images making sure
they reach our high standards of quality before we send your order to a Kodak professional developing lab. Your personal
portrait order, will arrive from the developing lab in 3-10 business days at this time we will call you to pick them up or for a fee
we can also mail them to you if you wish for a shipping fee.

When you Email us please include: contact information, the date and time you have in mind, and a brief description of what
                                                                    type of portrait session you are wanting.

• Session times vary depending on location requests.
  Outdoor locations are typically shot in the morning or late afternoon when the sun creates the perfect light.
  
  
• Once your date is reserved, we will consult with you regarding the details of the session, determine your needs, and view
  the location of the shoot (if necessary).
  
  
• When you book your reservation date, you will be paying for your session fee at that time, too.
  
  
• Please, arrive on time for you session ...arriving 1/2 an hour early may cause you to overlap onto another persons time
  and arriving late, my require for us to wrap up your session in less then an hour so as we do not overlap on another
  persons time.
  

           We do understand events occur in life which can interfere with pre-arranged plans. Due to this we will work with you to
reschedule your session if the need arises. We do require however, for you to notify us no less then 12 hours before your
reservation time, allowing us to arrange our schedule for other clients. If you fail to arrive to your session and as a result of the
missed opportunity you will be forfeiting your retainer. Once more, simply contact us to reschedule your session and the fee
floats along to the next session. We can reschedule you without penalties, one time.

With the club plan you will receive 5 sessions for the price of one.
You can use these session any way you see fit over the next year even gifting them to friends/family.
Each Session will come with a Gift Portrait.
